Time to change it up......
Die hard VIP fans will probably not like it, but I'm "over" doing what the "experts" say should be done.
I got the inspiration from a 3rd gen GS seen on CL and a Q45 in a VIP magazine and here on this forum.
Sorry for the crappy mobile phone pics, but I just washed her after the Philly Auto show, so that's all I had on hand.
These are stock R35 GT-R wheels from a 2009 GT-R premium, so they are the dark gunmetal. Fronts needed spacers up front due to the high offset, but the rears are on point.
Answers.....
- It's on Tein springs, not air
- Kit is a modified Works Company for Ced/Glo
- Had to run 25mm spacers up front due to high stock offset
- Yes I'm getting the rear bumper repainted
- Yes it's low enough, for me
- Yes I like the monoblock look

That is sick Brah!!!!, your correct about the spacers upfront.
If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for the GTR Wheels, because I would like a set myself.

More than anything it's the Benz vents and the reverse rake that I don't like.
I quite like the rear half of the car, including the wheels.

The wheels cost me $1,500 for the set.....they were in great condition.
The reverse rake is what you get with the Tein springs.....not much you can do unless you cut the coils up front.
DUB uses the car in their booth for east coast shows, so that's why there's a DUB plate frame.

I like it. Different. I'm picking up some for a 2GS depending on price.
Can anyone tell me where and which size hub ring to make these fit a 2GS?
2GS: 60.1 hub size
GT-R: ????
Thx

Hub size on the GT-R rims is 66.1. That's an odd size difference to get a hubcentric ring. You may need a spacer up front since the specs on the front are 20x9.5 +45.
