coilover ???

Ok im doing the whole s14 front suspension on my q45 and wanted to see what coilovers you guys where running. and what spring rates are you guys running as well thanks..

Used to run 10kg on my front, but now running 12kg.

so the stiffer the coil the better?

Depend how low ya wanna limbo too. The lower you go, the shorter bounces ya want as to not scrape, so stiffer springs are a must. If its higher, you have more room for suspension travel, and can run somethin softer, smoother, comfier.
