there's no sticker on the wheels when i bought them...

im estimating it's a +32 front and +38 rear

tires are about 80% thread front and 30-40% thread rear.
 
front tires are Toyo proxies which arent too cheap either.
 
well quarter panel is shaved ... we dont recommend shaving front fenders. 
 
on the last car it was tucked rolling slammed!
 
as to if it's VIP or not... no thats why our friend went with VIP Modular wheels. but none of the less.. still sick though.
