upgrading 2gs300 factory sub

im jus wondering has anyone upgraded da factory sub of a 2nd gen. gs3 to a regular aftermarket sub . . . not talkin bout gettin it customized or anything . . jus as in swappin a better sub back dea . . if so . . can any one help me know how to do so cuz ive been inside my trunk & idk wat 2 take off to replace it . . im tryin 2 buy a JL w7 & put it in dea . . thnx

you can only access it from the inside,
you will have to take off rear seats and rear parcel tray to get to it. then its justa few screws and its out

o0o iight good looks . . 1 more thing . . it's a factory 10" sub right?

yep its a 10". i just did mine too. i got a pioneer shallow mount 10" and a sony amp.
bumps pretty good for a IB setup

if you put a JL in the factory sub location, it won't sound as good as if it was in a box.  Those W7's aren't free air subs, they are designed to be in a box.
