Audi A4 license plate LEDs in...however...

...i do not recommend this install. my LEDs pulled a "LICENSE NUMBER PLATE ERROR" light out -- the audi sensors are very sensitive and the LEDs draw a lower current, meaning they shine up nicely but pull a irritating visual/audio warning everytime you turn on the car. very annoying but looks sick...

That warning can easily be removed by adding some resistors into the circuit in parallel with the LEDs

Same deal as changing taillight globes to LED. Find out the resistors you need by the following formula:

Ohms = Volts2 / Watts

Volts = 14, so the resistor is just 196/Watts of the globe

And the resistor needs to be capable of dealing with the same number of watts as the globe, since it will be on whenever the lights are on. Might need a heatsink

Other option is to put a globe socket in the circuit somewhere so the original globes are still in the loop...
