new from LA
Hey everyone im will from LA and was interested in VIP style cars for awhile when i was younger watchin my cousin browse around this website and now im movin out of my house and bein on my own now that i graduated and looking to buy a new car, i'm currently looking for a LS400 either 93, or 98 or a GS300 98-99. Hopefully to go VIP i got quit a bit of money saved up for this so hopfully all goes well. If anyone got some good ideas for me please feel free to share.

Welcome! I'd pick the '98 LS if I were you. I bought a '00 LS only because its the most reliable of the bunch for a daily driver. I would have bought a Y33 if it was just a garage queen.

alright cool man thank you i want a 98 LS400 badly they look nice i just dont like the headlights on the 93 LS they look to wack

uh, an 00 LS is more reliable than the same year Y33 Q? I don't think so... pretty much the same in terms of reliability, except on the Lexus you have to replace the timing belt, vs. the Q which has a timing chain you don't replace. My Q has been my DD for 6 years now, the most reliable car I've ever owned.

for a Q aren't parts hard to get for them? my friend has Q and he is having a hard time getting parts for his car and its his DD also
