Who has their own shop to flip their tires?

I just want to know how do you guys do I without breaking the side wall and bubbles appearing after you remount the tire. I go to a shop people have recommanded in town to do it and they managed to get fucking bubbles on the tires they flipped for me. There was not one bubble on the tires I gave then until they flipped them. I think they are breaking the side wall when they use that thing on the side of the tire mounter to pry into the tire. Anyways what you guys think??

i do my own work all the time. i use the old model ones too. so everything is manual.
bubbles shouldnt be appearing. i've never seen a bubble appear from mounting

I think bubbles appear bc the tire is handled improperly when they are dismounting it from
the rims. I know damn well i had NO bubbles on those tires when i got there and then once they flipped the tires and remounted and airred them up all these bubbles appeared. 

They are somehow breaking the sidewall inside the tire when they are removing the tires.

i mount my own tires, never bubbled on me.

never happened to me and ive been doing it for a year and a half, 5 days a week :shrug:

has nothing to do with how the tire is dismounted/mounted. because we run a little camber here and there, the inner side wall is subject to more load than the outer. the side wall becomes separated allowing air to seep between the layers of rubber causing side wall bubbles. this is further amplified if you run improper tire pressure. 
 
also due to potholes also. if when you dismount the tire and you see rubber shavings, you tire is done.... 
 
i dismount/mount and flip my own tires on a regular basis.

It's probably everything all of the above.   I've seen tires that are freshly mounted and never flipped or taken off that bubbled.   This tire was exposed to many miles of low air pressure which meant alot of sidewall stretching and damage while city driving.   Then there are the ones that keep a good eye on pressure but flip tires and such and still bubble.

you should probably flip them more often. how often are you flipping them now?

I flip about every 3 months and i have no idea how to flip tires. These tires only been onnfornabou 6 months now. I go from have no bubbles to having all kinds of bubbles ughhh I keep my tires inflated to 35-40psi and i check it once a week. Also is there a diy on how to flip your own tires???

where did you go?

you need a machine in order to mount tires. i know the newer models go for around 3k new.

Wayside. These are the 2nd set of rear tires they have fucked up like this

oh.. wayside is a good shop for stretching. thats odd. what brand/type of tires are they?

go to Nez's shop, his guy there is fucking good.  And I actually got some stretched tires 205/40 from a 9" onto my 9" wheel and everyone of them was perfect.  The guy I got it from said Wayside fucked up his tires also when trying to remove the tires.  They replaced it for him though.

that is what I was trying to say. It's that goddamn iron fucking my tire up!! Are they like improperly using that machine? Even the guy who was flipping my tires told the owner look at these bubbles. That guy has the nerve to say it's because the tires are stretched.  I knew he was full of shit and it was that iron. Does anyone else in Houston know where I can go so this shit don't happen?? I'm def gona check out nez!
