hr3's on gs yes/no?(pics inside)

so i got these wheels from a member on here and the clear was peeling. i polished them up and got them recleared. i also got new tires. currently i have 15mm spacers in the back.. I ordered 25mm so as soon as i get them im going to move the 15's to the front and put the 25s in the back.. for those that dont know im on chopped df210 springs w/ kybs. i managed to raise the front up to match the back for now until my new coilovers come in. (3week wait) but once they come in im going to lower it front and back.. tell me what you think of the wheels, i personally like them.. some people think they only look good on LS's

honestly, THIS set i dont think looks to hott.  If you got a set in more aggressive offsets with the concave faces it would be nasty (in a good way).


On a side note, I do really like the white/black theme, the accents are tasteful to say the least. :biggthumpup:

thanks.. yea i like the concave look but they are too big 20's I am going to see how it will look when i get my new suspension and spacers...

the 20/9.5 concave would look really good on your GS...i have the staggered 20's on my 99 LS.

Your GS looks good now jst need to space it out if u wanna stay with your current size.

yea my spacers should be here any day and my new coils coming in 2-3 weeks they said so once thats in im going to see how it looks.. Thanks though...I also got a abflug grill coming i want to see how its going to look

they look good atleast way better then stock just rock them till you find a better more aggressive set.

on those style wheels 20's look good, that  why i went with different kind... just get some spacers...

20's look dope man, especially in that style.

they're alright but i'm not crazy about em (on this car). as long as you like em it's gravy though.
 
on a side note: hr-2s look sick on the 2gs.

i had hr3's on my gs430 also, i love the wheels, i had 20x9.5 all the way around. i think you need a better stance and you might want 35mm spacers in the rear and 25mm in the front, those look like stock wheels imo.

Those would look nice with better specs...

i have the same wheels and they are 20x9.5 +40 with 25mm adapters to push them out. granted its not a GS, but it gives you an idea i guess of how 20's would tuck.

i love love love these wheels. i had a '00 gs3 and i tried getting these wheels for it before i sold it. looks real good. throw some bigger spacers on it and itd be killin.
