Who repairs lips on Volk Wheels in NY ?

i have a set of 19 volk winning wheels, one wheel has some minor curb rashon the lip that i want to get repaired. they are polished lips with clear coat or anodized ? how do i tell . i am in the nyc area. who can attempt this with out destroying them?  shipping is not a problem .
