I currently have the HTC Hero and still don't like 100% touchscreen.  My face is going to explode come Fall when I'm eligible for the 1-year unless my phone dies sooner.

is it better than the iphone 3gs?

Features/Capability-wise its not hard to out-do the iPhone...
 
The letdown will be the fact it has to run Windows OS.

It's an Android OS. I'm looking forward to getting a 4G phone. Currently have a Palm Pre.

my contract w/ sprint ends in aug, idk if I'll renew it with a new phone or get an iphone hehe
