Recommendations for 19" tire stretch!

I currently have Hamann PG3's on my 540i.
Wheel Sizes are...

Rears- 19x10 et-24
Fronts- 19x9 et-18 

Current tires are
275/30/19 (Rears)
245/35/19 (Fronts)

I need some recommendations for some stretch tires since my old ones are getting bald :biggthumpup: With the 275's they rub in the rears. I want something stretched but nothing overly stretched. And I'm planning to go lower with my 540i with some H&R coilovers.

I've been researching and most people have...

235/35/19 Rears
215/35/19 Fronts

245/35/19 Rears
225/35/19 Fronts

What do you recommend? Any help will be helpful! Thanks!

If u want a more extreme stretch go with the 215 and the 235. Or even a 225 on a 10. But 225 and 245 is still a decent stretch. Safer I'd say.

Did you ever roll the fenders? Your not that low at all to worry about stretching yet!

IMO 275 is overkill anyway out back. Some people on other forums ( non VIP related ones ) recommend it if your staying very, very, conservative, but its not necessary to go that wide of a tire.

The rears are already rolled and the fronts are slightly rolled. But with the new suspension I'll be lower than what I'm at now. Planning
to buy tires within the week after my valley pan gets replaced :/

Ok, now with the future plans you have it makes more sense.

If it were me I would take it easy on the car until you slam it and then take it from there. It would suck to find a tire that works now and find that when you drop a few more inches it dont work. Or, stretch it to a unnecessary fit and look like a ass.

You could also pull on the rear a few mm's. But 275 is huge anyway IMO.

Yeah the 275's were wider than needed! And plus tires for 275 are expensive! But I'll keep researching than go from there! But I appreciate your help though! Thanks !

doesnt look like you have any poke going on over there...
im running 245 on a 10" and its a mild stretch, it looks good and it helps with clearance.
no need for 235 for you, unless you are planning on running spacers.
plus lowering your car it will give you some extra camber, so yeah 245 sounds pretty good to me bro. \225s for the fronts no discussion

Yeah, I've been looking at some 245's and 225's. Looks like the set of tires I'm going with. Do you by chance have any photos of your rims/tires?

so 225 on 9" will look just a little more agressive
(oh and im on 18s so stretch will look different with lower profile)

depends on your clearance ... if you push that out with a 25 mil spacer I would say a 215 , on the 9 is fine .. I had a 215 on a 9.5 and it was fine too but somewhat extreme.

I'll have to see how it looks when I get the new suspension in. Planning to go another 1.5-2 inches all around to tuck in the tire alittle. I was thinking about spacers also but I'll have to wait till I see how it looks like!

Not to highjack your thread but there is a limit you can fit under there my homie pavel has hit that limit

 18x10 et  -7 (Fronts)  18x11.5 et  +16 (Rears)
Falken 452 - 225/40 (Fronts)   255/35 (Rears)

It is ok to stretch ... as you can see Pavel has the same stretch like on my old set 11.5/255
