Real quick as I post this before I leave my hotel to drive home to San Francisco.  I wanted to share this blog post.  I had a great day at Formula Drift / 1of1 Showcase yesterday.  Thank you everyone who was out there supporting VSC.  It means a lot to us that you guys are out there showing us some love and support. The builds were fantastic and I was glad to finally see them in person. I wish I was able to meet a lot of you in person but everytime I walked around 1of1 usually no one was by their cars. Hopefully next time I can catch to you all...  Anyways, here are a few pics and the link to the article is on the bottom of this post.

I hope this is the appropriate place to post this but yesterday was the 1of1 Showcase held by Fatlace at Downtown Long Beach during the Formula Drift and before the weekend of the Long Beach Grand Prix.

I met with Kevin (F.L.S) and his family and the Ikonic gang.... every time I turned around and look back looking at Ikonic it was like a dark murder gang looking at me (the James black 3GS, the black RX, and Kevin's Q) I also had a chance to meet with John, the creator of the VSC forum, really down to earth and uprising vibe person that day.

for now I guess I made it on the VSC blog spot  :D

It was cool chatting w/ you Dara, you got a sick GS with great style. You're right about that black Q is BrokeY33 - Josh, another really cool cat with a sick ride. The show was really fun, having drift cars racing around is a nice distraction and being beer-friendly is always a plus for me :D . 

I wish I would have got to say what's up to John, we met at Sema about 5 years ago, but never since. Thanks to taking some pics of my car, I always like other peoples pics of my car better than mine.

Sweet deal, I wish I wouldve properly introduced myself to you I was just really tired from being up since 5am lol. When I first saw your Q I was like damn I really want one because of how the car looks itself already before the mod and after the mod is like another level. What made me liked your Q was when I walked by those wheels just dropped my jaws because I always wanted a nice set of those on my GS.

Thanks Kevin..... VSC cats seemed way more approachable than CL to be honest. I know I was on CL since 2005 but some members on there just seem to forget who I am or don't know me anymore unless I have to like really explain then they have this face like "ummm oooooh okay"

Yeah the drift distraction was awesome haha and thanks for the red plastic cup hospitality I wouldve went for another one but my breakfast had digested and I tired and beat down by the heat.

Yeah yesterday was a long day for all of us. 5 am here too, then after the event went to a fam party, and after, while drivin home, started snoozin behind the wheel, so i pulled over and my lady drove it home the rest of the way, long ass day LOL
Oh well, all good, it was worth it and a cool one, catch ya at the next event, we'll chop it up then

Yeah, damn I went straight home and tried to get myself back together, it's Cambodian New Year for me this weekend and last weekend.... I didnt even go celebrate rather chillax for the 1of1 instead :p

Yes it was a pretty good show. Where I was sitting and hearing 2 different music was like Platinum VIP and Autofashion going at it with spinning the records, both were enjoyable on a nice breezy day here in Long Beach. =D

I think the only thing I want bad was to see RE roll up in here or maybe I might have to take a trip myself to fly out to one of a big event where RE will be hosting or competing against. I am really inspired by and got mad love for those guys.

You are welcome.  I do like how your car has come along. You know after all the times we have talked in the past, its the first time I that I can remember seeing it in person.  I do think I saw you by your car, but when I snapped the last pic I had to rush back to the track for the Top 16. I wasn't hard to miss, I had a reggae type hat on to keep the "Fabio goodness" inside.  lol

The last time I saw you was SEMA in '04 or '05 I think, you had short hair and a black suit on.  I would have liked to talk to you again, but I guess next time. I think my Q has been the slowest build on the forum, but in the end, I'm really happy with it.
