a few questions reguarding tires

well ive recently gotten a set of wheels ive been feenin for. a set of garson in 19x8 and 19x9. in the past ive just gone to the wheel shop and gotten nankang tires and im really tired of the road noise, so this time around i would like some nice tires that would fit the needs of a driver on these nyc streets. im wndering what you guys here would recommend as far as

tire brand and model
size for a nice stretch nothing crazy
and a nice sidewall.

im also wondering if any of you guys on here from ny can point me to a good tire place in nyc. last place i went to butchered a set of new wheels. this is all going on a 2005 accord sedan
