Newbie who needs some help

Hey everyone i am a newbie on this site, but i have been checking it out for some time now. I love the vip style and coulture..I am in the process of purchasing a 2005 q45. I really need to know where i can get an aftermarket grill as well as maybe some chrome trim. Any and all information would def be helpful as well as appreciated.. Hope to her from someone soon.
