Craigslist thief caught with video!!

Brought this story over from a diff forum. Its a f!@#$d world out there....


Hey Guys,

I posted my Tom's rims stolen this past Wed's and they happen to be on sale on Saturday morning. After coordinating with the local PD here is the outcome. Below is the post from MR2OC Forums. Enjoy!!

Usually, they pay a crack head like $100-$200 to steal the rims.  Im pretty sure that was the case here.  He doesnt seem like the type that would actually take the wheels.

Yeah, but this kid is fucked now. That's not petty theft, the wheels are worth a bit of money. He's going to get passed around like currency. He'll lose quite a bit of weight too. 
 
Had someone else stolen those wheels for him, he'd give up the goods asap...he kept changing up his story, and that'll be used against him. Kid is only 22...he's f'ed for life now. Should have learned how to talk to (or rather keep his mouth shut) a cop.

Yeah, if someone else stole the wheels for him he should give them up to get less time. And him making up stories isn't going to help him at all. Going to suck if he drops the soap.
