Can i use after market s13 or s14 tension rods and tie end rods with my 97 q45 with kyb sr special struts? Which one will have the right fit without modifications?
aftermarket S chassis tension rods work but not tie rod ends, they have a different taper on the ball joint

contact yokotas13(grant) or brokey33 they can give loads off info for the conversion. I know they gave me lots of insight. PMB stuff is good and the price is right on them. all depends on your budget, or you can be baller and get IKEYA FORMULA lol. PBM stuff is great. they are also coming out with Y33 coilovers soon might want to give them a call about that.

I'd choose S14 Tension Rods, just cause of the extra length, that's what I'm usin on my stock LCA's Good luck on the Tie Rods though. I'm usin S13's and the inner rods fit perfect, I'm assumin S14 would also work. The outers, well I can't verify that one. The taper at the ball joints might not be the same, or they might be IDK. I might still have my old stock S13's at home. I'll try checkin later tonight
