Maybe one of you guys can help me ID these work wheels

I've asked just about everyone i know, wheel *****s, jdm *****s, nobody can tell me what these wheels are, I even emailed WORK but havent gotten a reply. 

can anyone ID these? (every piece has work stamped, all the rivets, bolts.. etc) center caps say VS, all the labels are in japanese
