Help -- i need heavy duty hatch struts --AUDIO RELATED

hi guys
i recently got my audio built...2 8" shallow on the hatch, now the hatch is too heavy it wouldn't stay up...
who makes very heavy duty struts for applications like this ?
PLEASE HELP !

maybe those are blown or old, try replacin them.

othe then that I dont know of any company that makes heavy duty struts for trunks and hood, since they are gas filled.

I see you are using vice grips to hold it up at the moment?

You might have to do a custom actuator lift, considered that?

Try finding the little metal clips that are used on screen doors to hold them open, or have some made.... The old screen doors, they sit on the strut and when it trys to close they somehow stop it....
