well, all the chrome and the headlights and taillights are getting a transparent black vinyl...so it retains the chrome look, but black or smoked...it looks pretty good, so far we have done the window trim, and the trim along the middle of the car...im just not gunna black out the grill or hood ornament...think i will leave the cima badge chrome too, that way when i get my BBS lm rims in black with chrome highlights it will all match and come together...the vision looks good in my head...ill post pics of the build...if all else fails, its only vinyl so it can come off, and i can do a more "traditional" vip style...
kinda got an idea now??

Seriously take the advice and use the tow hook to jack up the front:

seriously, that's the worse possible place to jack it up. It's made to support the radiator, not the the whole front end.
Not feeling the black headlights or placement of the vinyl on C pillars at all, but it's your ride, if you like it, go for it. As for 20x10 +45, you will need minimum 1" spacers.

20x10 +45? WTF!
Do some research...you drive nissans, you know they suck up wheels like throwing a hotdog down a hallway.
I wouldn't even put that on my GS, it'd be sunken in and shitty looking.
You want BBS LM's...nice choice of wheels. Get it a bit lower offset if possible, if not be prepared to use at LEAST a 25mm spacer to push the wheels out properly.

^ Agreed. especially the Y33.. they can handle 10in wide with 0 to neg offsets

thanks for the input
yea, like i said, i know i need to do some research. just testin the waters and throwin a question out there...the only reason i say +45 is because that is the lowest offset they offer...its a diff rim from the bbs lm...unfortuantely im not made of money...so,i cant afford the bbs right now...and 20x10 for 600 bucks aint bad...ya digg...i want to do it right but the car being as stock as it is, is killin me...and ill be finishing the blacking out of the trim and stuff tomorrow if all goes well...will post pics...
and for the c-pillar vinyl, its ok...im thinkin of moving it along the bottom where the sideskirt would go...i have to add a few more anyway. picked up a few more little sponsors for my drifting stuff...

for me man, take it from a guy who has spent lots of time with customers and friends that do what ever just to not be stock. Take that 600, save it.. if it isn't what you want.. dont buy it! its a bigger waste to buy it just to get by.

Check out the Linea Corse Lemans if you can't spring for authentic. They'll run a bit more than 600, but they are a decent wheel, even though a complete knockoff.
You could also sit one some better fitting, used, authentic wheels, for the same price as some Linea Corse's.

Well linea corse lemans's run about 1300, that might be with tires though. There's a guy on Club Lexus that sells them, I think he is 'wheel dude' and his website might be wheeldude.com

i think im gunna take some advice and listen to myself...just wait and get some legit nice wheels....think i will lower before i get rims....with the air runner full bolt on...might take till next year...but i will just keep getting little things to tide me over...aka...grille, curtains, etc...
I just put my hood ornament on...and everything is now blacked out minus turn signals and tint...and wheels....and i refuse to paint factory rims...i will get pics up tonight...not lookin to shabby...needs drop and rims bad but..o well, will enjoy the stock suspension for now...and the upcoming months...

just bolt ons...
-DRFT front bumper (JDM bumper going on soon, fiberglass broke a little on the bottom)
-stock kouki skirts
-gp sports roof spoiler
-JDM rain guards goin on soon
-350z rims, have work termist for it.
-tokicko blues with eibach prokit springs
-300zx brakes with stainless lines, hawk pads, and if i remember right baer two piece rotors
-nology spark plug wires, plugs
-unorthodox underdrive
-injen intake
-apexi filter
-koyo goin in soon
-apexi n1 dual exhaust
-infinity crossovers, components, and amp
-sony xplod amp and sub (bought before they produced the cheap crap at wally world)
-dual in-dash touch screen dvd player
thats about it...my dad and i have plans tho...i want an LS2 to comply with OBD2...
but, i want to build a nasty road race car with lux style and give it the capabilities of daily duty complete with ac....i think my pops can appreciate that...so i think it should be titled S14-Z06.

will do...
what we are lookin at for a kit now is the jdm front with the greddy gracer lip. if i remember right the version select sides and rear, gotta call to find out if the rear bumper exhaust outlet will clear the apexi n1 dual's....we want to run that exhaust with the ls...but, silvia k rear spoiler, canards, and splitter...then the big decision, fender flares with over fenders or just one or the other...im talkin bout puttin some disgustingly fat tires on here...so doubling up would probably be best, but, over fenders arent very luxurious...there more function over form...all though they do look good....but thats about it for exterior...would get carbon, but the stock plastic lasts so much longer, and would be more ideal for DD use...
all input is appreciated.

Why not just get some of those overs that are 70 or 80. The blister kit I want to say is 80mm maybe more I kind of forget it's been forever. Then some company makes some other overs that are rather rare, expensive and loved by all s chassis owners. Koucghs or something I dunno how you spell it anymore. Hell you could make your own instead or either actually.

There was one kit which I think was a replica of maybe the blister kit and it added 100m each side rear. Looked horrible but did it's job. The fenders I was thinking of were Koguchi btw I actually had a typo in what I said so if I wouldn't have screwed up I would have been close lol.
