fresh meat here

What's up VSC peeps, my name is danny and i stay in so cal 626 area. i've been lurking around for a while now and finally decided to make an account today. Also today i finally purchased a 1997 Silver Infiniti Q45. I bought it off an old white couple in costa mesa with only 114,xxx 2nd owner clean title.

It's kinda late or eles i would of taken pictures, but ill get to that sometime around the week.

I had a few questions for the more knowledgable VSC members with Q45's and have done the s13/s14 front suspension coversion.

Where do you source the correct top mounts/top hats for the conversion?
(I was reading that there is only JIC/CUSCO?)

Also plans for the car would possible be

wheels, drop, system, new front grill for now.

i guess thats it for now

Well, what a great day i finally finished installing my system today. 2 12" Alpine Type r subs and a cheesy 800 watt 2ch and a pioneer double din. After a couple of hours trying to figure out how to take panels off and seats it went pretty well. So when i was finally done with everything and started to enjoy the new system. i noticed that my check engine light came on :madjealous:. Just wondering is there a way to check it without an obd2 reader?

Also what do you guys recommend for a major tune up? i wanted to do all the fluid changes spark plugs and recharge the A/C. maybe new O2 sensors anything you guys recommend getting cleaned out tb/manifold/egr hoses? also is there any other things that should be changed other than what i mentioned?

what oil do i use for transmission fluid change and oil?

TIA (thanks in advance)

notes:
just recently bought the car
