What 18s you got for $1k?

looking for something inexpensive (not cheap) to replace my wheels. needs to be:

  • 18"x8-9/9-10 or include tires
  • high to mid offset is preferred (i.e. 0-+30)
  • 5x114.3
  • clear 2ls front brakes
