LS430 fitment confirmation

Hello I have found a good deal on a set of wheels that are 20x9 +20 offset. After doing a bit of research I am thinking of running 225/35/20 in the front 245/35/20 in the back. I will be on coilovers and would like to not have to modify fenders if I dont have to. I would like to keep my fender lining in the front. So do you think I will be ok with these sizes? or should I beef up the tires a bit?

does the rims clear the brakes? LS430 has good sized brakes.

Yes I'm pretty sure they will clear. How can I be certain.

i have been looking at pictures around the forum, and i think 225 35 20 would work all around? what do you guys think? do i even need that much of a stretch on the ls with 20x9 plus 20 offset?

Hmm, will your coliovers drop you low enough to clear those offsets? Seems a bit low but with a major drop and camber it should be fine. Not many people share there offsets around here so its hard to say. I have weak offsets and plan to play with spacers till I get to where I want to be. Good luck and post pics with your new wheels..

225 35 20 is what i am thinking now. do u mean less tire than that? i drive this vehicle all day everyday so i need some form of functionality. as much as i would like to go extreme its just not smart in my case.

thanks, I have mounted 225 35 20 decent stretch, barrels are further out than the tire. Waiting on a couple other parts and the car to come out of the paint booth and ill post some pics.

post pics of the progress...how did it fit...you can always run spacers, roll fender, or cut up the 1/4's and go negative...

ive only test fitted the rears and they fit without rolling the fenders. i know i know.... roll fenders go wider. but i daily drive the car and im worried about rust happening since its also driven in the winter. im going for more of an exe look than all out vip.
