japanese car centrebore diameter... universal?
just find out the wheels i have been looking at - a set of SSR vienna dish, has 75mm centrebore diameter
is this size for centerbore universal on all JDM cars?
or belongs to a specific make/model?
or does this mean it is made to be lug centric and reqires hub centric rings to fit properly?

technically hub centric rings should be used for smaller hub application. ssr makes it big to fit on any car...

Re: japanese car centrebore diameter... universal?
unless the lug nuts are acorn size, then hubcentric is useless, becuase they will already be becuase of the lugnut design
I have the same wheels in a 19 for sale, i giev you a good price lol

Re: japanese car centrebore diameter... universal?
most aftermarket wheels will have a big center bore so that they will fit fit all center bore sizes, a center bore ring is usually supplied to fit the wheel and the car center bore size (hubcentric)
you usually won't need if if you are lugcentric and the wheels are properly bolted up to the hub, you will need the conical type of lug nuts.
people who say it needs to be lugcentric and hubcentric are nuts. There is ONLY one center point in a perfect circle.

sure... interested~ lemme know about offset and width... as i will need adaptors to run them
so as long as i torque them right i wont need hubcentric rings?
heard so much horror stories about shaky adaptors/spacers...

Re: japanese car centrebore diameter... universal?
its only when its done incorrectly
If you properly TQ your lugnuts, if they are acorn shaped, they self center. If all the D1 guys and JDM drifters can drift on spacers of 20mm and more, you can roll with non hubcenmtric stuff. I NEVER have.

Get some hub centric rings, there is no excuse not to use them.
