Euroline DH + Ichiba Spacers

Is anyone running hubcentric Ichiba spacers with their DH's? Do you know if I will
need version 1 or version 2? Version 1 uses extended studs, and version 2 is a
simple adapter unit with studs and bolts already attached. Some wheels require
version 1's because they don't sit flush due to the hub of the wheel being flat.
Just thought I'd ask before taking them off and finding out myself. Someone
else might get use from this post too. Thanks :biggthumpup:

I had Kic's spacers which are like version 2, I drilled holes in the hubs of my Work's to make them "work" :D

This was basically my question. I thought this would be a simple “bolt on” with out
any drilling necessary. If I knew this information before, I’d rather have purchased
Version 1 vs drilling into my wheels. Don’t get me wrong, I believe Work makes
strong wheels, but I’d hate to ruin the strength and integrity of the structure by
drilling into the back of them. GS300ToM, did you have to drill into your DH’s?

I got Lexus SC300 73mm hubcentric V2 spacers. I also have a set of
Work hub rings on the way. I don't believe I will need them with
these spacers, but it might be nice to have them in hand if the
spacers give me issues.

the key piece of info missing is how thick of spacers you're looking at. 20mm+ no worries, 15mm- you need to make sure you have clearance on the pad for the original studs. better questions get better answers.

My wheels are 19" x 8.5" (F) +35, the rears are 19"h x 9.5" +35. The fronts are sunk about
1" inch so I thought 25mm would work well. The rear needs a 15mm to get flush. My fenders
are rolled but might need a slight pull in the rear for better fitment.

I have four sets of different sized 19" tires right now to choose from. I'm thinking of using my
215/35's in the front and 235/35"s in the rear. I also have a set of 245/40"s and 245/35"s
to play with.

I'm going to run the 215's on the front for a bit, but might take your suggestion on the 225. Do you think with my high offset (+35) that the 25mm spacer for the front 8.5" width was a good idea? The 25mm (1") seems to be the right choice I think. My rears only need about 15mm being 9.5" to sit more flush. I can always sell / trade I guess if things aren't working out right.

That's the bore size, not spacer thickness.

Also 3' = 3 feet.

I'd do 25mm all around.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to run the 15mm in the rear for the time being
until I can get some more pull.

Im using ichiba v1 15mm in the fronts and H&R 20mm in the rear on my dh.
18x9 +20 / 18x10 +25
215/35/18 fronts and 235/40/18 rears.

Now the pita part is when I get my new wheels and having to replace these extended studs out for stock length ones.

I decided to purchase 25mm all around. I'll post some pics once installed. I'll have to do
a little pull on the rear fenders and definitely install a 235 tire on the rear vs my 245 right now.
I'm also going to change my fronts from 235's to 215's. One set of 25mm has arrived already.
I noticed immediately that 25mm Ichiba v2 spacers allow the bolts to sit completely inset of the
spacer vs 20mm and 15mm. A smaller size spacers has the adapter bolts protruding past the spacer
wall. If you had a wheel with a flat hub, these smaller sizes would not work. You can always drill or
modify your wheels hub, but I wouldn't want to jepardize a wheels integrity and strength. Hopefully
the information in this thread can be used in the future. Thanks to everyone who contributed.
