"Bad roads" excuse must get thrown out the window after this.

Ok so we all have bad roads. We can argue who has the worst roads for days. Does it matter? No. Thats just an excuse people make who are scared to go hard.

This is the only entrance to the parking lot where we (Liberty VIP) are hosting our BBQ on Sunday May 30th. All the other lots are in even worse condition and the roads leading up are similar.

If you want it bad enough, you will make it happen no matter what. Now lets stop complaining and start finding ways to make it happen. Remember, someone always has it worse.

Drive slow

Damn that's fucked up. I don't know if I would even enjoy my car if roads were like that. I can probably drive 90% of my area in my car daily. Air has to be mandatory in NY if you have an aero kit.

Gives you all some more respect for what we are doing up here. From taking 8-9 round trips to and from our body shop, to dealing with these shitty roads on a day to day basis. You would think "why would he put that out there, now no one is going to show up." These guys have heart, they will all be there and driving lower than they did months ago. We keep finding ways to get it done.

Not here to boast about the crew, more like trying to inspire some who are hesitant due to their roads. Go hard and be proud

doesnt look too bad. You can turn left right after entering thus avoiding the huge manholes up front. Everyone finds themselves in situatioins like these once in a while, no big deal:shrug:

Like I said, thats the best condition lot out of the few that are there. All the roads are like that here, not just this lot. I been to over 30 cities from the east coast to the west coast these past 6 months. I can't say anything is touching the tristate area. The climate change really tears up the roads. Some of these roads were not meant to be built on but it is so over populated. Keep that in mind too.

Thats true, almost forgot Philly as well. But this isn't about who has the worst roads, just saying people should do it if they want it bad enough. See you at the BBQ.

sweet. looks like every road to everywhere around here the second you leave my driveway. if you blink at the wrong moment you'll blow another $1500 on wheel/tire
repair 5 seconds after you got them back from the shop from last weeks damages. people just don't get it. there should be an entire issue of a car mag dedicated to the east coast kids that maintain and keep bullding through these daily shithole conditions. it's entirely different then spending a grip of cash one time modding up a ride then rolling around the roads of CA, etc where roads are paved smooth right up to peoples tile floored garages and shit.. when you have to constantly spend that same cash over and over again here just to stay on the road after all the body damage and blowouts, bent rims, etc. its always a fight to stay ahead of the game.
