problem fixed? low idle rpms?HELP!

So a few months ago i started to hear a knockin/ticking comming from the drivers side of the engine, my mechanic said it might be one of my piston rockers might have broken, i took it to infiniti to get it diagnosed and found out my exhaust manifold was cracked, i just got it repaired(i was soo happy to drive my baby again) but i noticed on my way home that when im at a red light my RPMs are at 200, seems pretty low to me, i was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what to do or check for?  im not so good when it comes to engines, so i need to know what to do.
 
Also im in need of a tranny flush, which i will do weds. could that do anything to do with it?

Idle mite just need to be increased, doesn't sound or feel like it want's to staul?

 No its doesnt feel weird, theres still a very quiet ticking happening but doesnt sound too bad, idk imma have the dealer look at it again weds probably
