3 piece rim add on???

I have some kinda of Work rims (if you can tell me what they are, cuz I dont know, they say work on all the bolts and its stamped) but anyways, I was wondering if you guys knew of somewhere that would beable to replace the outer lip with a bigger unit since they are 3 piece. I saw this other guy do it with some other rims and it turned out bad ass. It just hard to find a good offset for a 4 lugger. Thanks for the help.

They carry barrels for 3 piece wheels... although I have no idea what kinda wheels you have (and IMO you should just scrap them because even with a big dish they're still going to be ugly). There's a couple guys on Ziptied who used Kodiaks barrels to change their wheels from something like 17x8/9 stagger to 17x9/10 stagger and from conservative +20 offsets to negative offsets at the same time. I'm not sure what all calculations go into determining exactly what size you'll come out with afterwards though...

oh yeah, if you can't get someone else to confirm that your wheels are true three piece piece wheels and not 2 piece welded or anything of that nature. you're going to have try and take one apart to make sure that you can even use the kodiak barrels.

Kodiak only provides step lip barrells. Noone that I know of has found reverse lip ones.

Not sure why its so difficult to find Wheels in 4 stud? My Eurolines are 4/5 multifits and it isnt that hard to find others. I'm sure my wheels cost less delivered than it would cost to buy and fit some kodiak barrels.

Work Madel Septem... produced in the early- to mid-90s. They used same barrels as Work's other 3pc wheels, so they can still be ordered. Not cheap at all though. The big question is: did you get all 6 of the wheels? And what did the previous owner REALLY do to the center caps? Those things do not just "fly off on the side of the touge" as he claimed, as they're retained by a huge locking ring.

HAHAH...you talking about that dump ass Ryan... He sold the other two to some guy in San Francisco.. The center caps actually did come off during driving, but not on the touge.. he is too slow on the mountain pass for that to happen... he had two of them at one point, but when he sold the other set, he gave them the center caps too. Thanks for finding out for me though.
