Auto Couture Supreme BR

These are listed as being a 2 piece wheel. Would anyone know how to separate or take them apart? I see that they are welded, but does the face just come off? Any info would be appreciated...Thanks in advance

if welded.. no. you would have to bolt it to a lathe, separate it, heat up if the disc doesnt come out, lathe out any material left in the barrel, recenter the disc which ever way you want it to be at and heat barrel if its snug then cool so it snaps back on the face and weld. lots of work.. if it is impossible to find such offsets you want in a discontinued wheel.. this is the only option

thanks for the info...so if I wanted to refinish them, it would be cheaper to have the entire wheel all one finish?

it can, just depends on how bad it is. I am battling the same thing with my wheels. I am using 1000 grit to get rid of scratches and using 2k and 4k sand paper then polish. getting in the cracks around the spokes is really hard on my wheels. have pics of what you are trying to do?
