were to get quality 15-20k hids

iv been threw 2 sets of 15k bulbs for my fogs n they have yet to be "purple" im returning my current set n trying a 3rd from the same place lucky they repolace em for free but does anyone use 15k or purple hids on a 9006, whered u get them from?

if you cant help then dnt reply! im simply looking for someone who has gotten "purple" hids, and were, as the place i used is junk.

you're not going to find a bulb in that temperature range of true quality, they are a novelty. you're just going to have to float through the sea of generic rebadged chinese stuff until you find one that doesn't suck.

You're better off to tint the foglights with vinyl and put a quality HID kit in there.

no one makes a "quality" bulb out there with that temperature range.... either go back to halogen, or tint the lenses like ^^^ that guy said.

with that being said, i'm sure you're still going to look for bulbs in that range. :innoutrofl2:

I'll help you... don't do it. PERIOD. Go for 3K yellow fogs with 6-8K driving lights. you'll be able to see better than 15K temp and it looks good.

The only quality bulbs you are going to find will be in the 4300K range like Sylvania or Osram or the other big names.... everything else is made in china or taiwan or wherever...

I'll help you...  don't do it.  PERIOD.   Go for 3K yellow fogs with 6-8K driving lights.   you'll be able to see better than 15K temp and it looks good.   

The only quality bulbs you are going to find will be in the 4300K range like Sylvania or Osram or the other big names....   everything else is made in china or taiwan or wherever...

damn you know after i gave it some thought im like i dnt think 15k plus bulbs are the good quaity, owell ill try 10k or something similar now

you're not getting it... there is no name brand manufacturer for bulbs above 6000k. they are all cheaply made in taiwan/china.
