Q45 to President questions

Did some searching and I posted this in a photo thread. Then, I realized that I interrupted the glory of the pictures with my stupid questions. lol.

I'm on the verge of trading my 96 A4 for a 94 q45. Fell in love with the president conversion. I seen the exterior conversion at Pandagarage but what else is needed except the panels and possibly headlight brackets. Also, how difficult is the conversion? Maybe someone has a conversion build thread on here. If not, maybe I'll do a build thread of my own but still researching. Also, as far as interior goes, besides RHD, what is different between the q45 and the Presidentshort frame?
Also, does anyone know where to buy President aero kits without having to import them? Already went through a ton of BS with my Silvia kit years ago so I don't really want to go through that again.

Sorry if I sound like such a question asker but what better place....?

the headlight brackets, hood latch mechanism needs to be extended like 4-6 inches is all I can recall off hand. I purchased my pres conversion through panda also. I didnt take pics of the install but mista808 has some when he did his, i think you can search nico forums for it. overall pretty easy install. I love my 94 presi conversion but i think Im gonna move up... posting the whole car soon. gl with yours.

Headlights headlight brackets fabricated, hood latch extended. the front fenders do not follow curve of the Q45 front frame so you will need to figure some way to support the front half of the fender. The rear is direct bolt on, the trunk wiring will need to be moved around abit but will work.
I would love to do more on my President convert but wifey wants a SUV so one of the cars has to go and its not going to be the Y33 haha.

when you say the front of the fender needs to be supported "some way", what's the common way to do so? On the q45 build thread the OP was talking about fender risers or something, what exactly does he mean?

the president uses fender risers which can be transplanted. i think those who did not get the part generally just live w/o, but mine came with it. i got my conversion from j-hot imports.

you can see the risers here. they go up an forward from the rail.
