Anybody know a metal polishing place to get these done?

Just picked up a set of rare 3pc wheels and the previous owner destroyed the outer lip when they mounted the tires. 
So its full of pits. The lip needs to be smoothed out and then polished.

I removed the lips and I am looking for a good shop to smooth out the pits and polish them back.
Not many places on the east coast. Im pretty sure you guys in Cali know of alot of qualified places out there that can get the job done.

Its a stepped lip like this

im not sure on where to get them replaced, but had to comment on the sig. i guess there really is a lot of hatred from both forums to each other. well whatever, toyota and lexus are the same to me, just branded differently in the states.
