Possibly the largest vip magazine collection outside of Japan...

As part of my moving to Japan, i have to part ways with my massive vip magazine collection. I have over 80 magazines, and a couple of random wagon/kei car magazines (and one Dekotora (crazy light show trucks) magazine). They are all in immaculate condition; i tended to buy them, read for a week then put them away and not look at them again.
 
I'm looking to sell in multiples; dont want to sell a single mag here, a single mag there since i need to get rid of the whole lot and it will take forever to do it one at a time.
 
Therefore i'm looking to sell the mags at AUD$40 for 5, a bit more if that includes one of the vipcar specials that has a DVD. Will do deals if you are buying more than 5 mags, or will take AUD$400 for the entire lot (will throw in a bunch of magazine holders to keep them in your bookcase for the ultimate vip appeal)
 
Due to the crazy weight of these mags (800g/almost 2lb each), posting them to the US will NOT be cheap. I can get postage quotes for you, but a quick look at 4kg (5 mags) is about AUD$80 for Express, and $50 for sea-mail. For very big lots, i can get freight forwarding quotes, which will be alot cheaper than this...
 
I will bring these to the Aus-VIP cruise next week, so if you are in or near Sydney you can have the opportunity to get them without postage etc.

I know many people will only be looking for magazines with their specific cars in them. Its unfortunate but ever since a few years back, UCF11s, 147 aristos and other 'first-gen' vip cars are much less prominent. Doesnt mean we cant look at other cars and get inspiration from their mods!
 
Oh btw, since taking those pics, i have taken 2 out as they contain pics of my car or me: VIPStyle 2006.12 ("Interior Special Edition") and VIPCar 2008.2 (UCF30 special, next to the DVD specials). In their place i have 2 more issues: VIPStyle 2009.7 and VIPCar 2010.2:

And a bonus for anyone who buys alot of mags; vip VHS videos from around the year 2000. You need an NTSC capable VHS player for these, something i do not have...

I have a Sony VCR for sale that can play those incase nobody has it anymore.   It's one of the latest VCR silver in color bought about 5 years ago...lol   Didn't really use too much.  My mom used to watch korean dramas via VHS but she kind of stopped after awhile since my cable has 3-4 korean channels.

Ok well update one of my mates came and picked up the vipcar 2000 set from me so thats off the list (I kinda guessed that would go quickly). 
 
I also did a quick quote thing; for the remaining 76 mags to the US via sea mail is AUD$350. I checked some freight forwarding sites, but for some reason they came out to be more than that?

Since the 2000 mags are gone i will let the rest go for $300 plus postage. I'd need to know ASAP though because i am getting a lot of interest locally for smaller bunches

Brandon, the only ones with more than 1-2 UCF10s were the 2000 mags, and then maybe the 03/04 mags (i only have 2 or 3 from that time). 
 
I started going through each one and giving descriptions of each mag but lost interest halfway through. I'll see if i can finish it tonight and post it up.

 I wish i could remember the ones i lost. I took them to a very hung over sunday brewery lunch.. after a awesome car show. Left the mags at the place. for someone to take them but not put them in lost and found! All i know is one had a crown and they were doing a radius and clearing of tail lights and this was over 4 years ago.. so maybe 04?

i have a brand new Alpine car specific VCR to go with that...og bragging rights for that piece too
