you are correct he ran with with sinaloa cartel, but dude was originaly Triad and ran the meth trade. He did gamble alot here in Vegas the Venitian and an other casino would give him bentleys', Rolls Royce's and Ferraris jsut bc he gambled here ( would spend around 40mill a year in vegas). Oh and all the money they found the US took it. mexico saw no pennie of it.

I'm sure Mexico will blame this on the USA too.
