Which member's UCF21 is this!

Hey everyone, 

I have been trying to find the member of this UCF21 in the search and can't find anymore info anywhere!  I saved the pic attached months ago, would like more info/pics on the car as I have a 1998 as well.

If anyone can help me out be much appreciated!
