18s can be pulled off at the right height on just about every car short of current models if it is the look you are going for. here's a pic of my 10 on 18s (pretty much the same dimensionally):
i'm sure there are some 20s on the site on 18s, but nothing comes to mind.
the real concern is the width/offset. i've run a couple sets of 8-8.5/9-9.5 widths and it bothers me but it was because either i already had them or the wheel wasn't available in better spec. +35 will be weak fitment. there is also brake clearance to worry about on the 20. eurolines are way too common to takes these shorts (no homo) imo.

i went lower but don't get it confused. it was already LOW.
i'm this low now that i added an ss kit. i will be raising it a few mm in the rear and evening it out in the front.
before the ss kit (w/ rake) my axles were already hitting the rear subframe under compression and ground clearance was ~2". custom tucked exhaust (still dragged) and uca clearance holes.
not saying you can't go this low or lower but it's definitely not for everybody. of course this is on coilovers so if you're talking about parked height on air it's no biggie.
the easier solution if you want tuck is get bigger wheels.

you will definitely need some kind of fender work to get flush, that's just how it works. i'd probably recommend a shave vs. a roll if you don't plan on doing bodywork anytime soon. 25mm spacers MIGHT be enough, but you'll probably be looking at more like 35mm at the height i'm at (w/ similar camber of course).

25mm will get you to the specs i'm at (8.5/9.5 +10). iirc, the 20 holds a little more than the 10 and right now i need some small spacers.
when i first put these on they were dead flush, but i pulled a little when rolling and i kept going lower.

^second this.
personally, having had 18s on my '20 they're too small UNLESS they're REALLY REALLY wide.
19/20" is a better fit imho.
also, if you want a fitment close to blk's you'll want a 10/10.5 ~10-20 offset. (rear)

Watch Zilvia.net. There's always aggressive offset 19's on there.
And realize that riding at Blks height does not make for a daily driver.

don't count on them even bolting up w/o spacers unless they are high disk fronts.
