can i fit 20" on Y33 with a 35 series tire?

Looking to purchase mrr mr3 20" polished wheels. I want to run a 35 series tire. Looks like stock strut doesnt allow much room for plus sizes. Can I run this combo? or do I have to run 19". Tein S tech 2" springs are on the way.

y not jsut get some coil overs? better stance and height.
