The set is brand new. The company I bought them from charged me for 2 full sets on accident and won't let me return the other one. These are brand new in the box.

Clear. Not smoked. 
Will not set off CEL.

im interested, so it doesn't set off light on the dash?? Can i see the pics of the inner lights.

No it will not set off the lights on your dash. I've had these on for over a month and I've had no problems. 

They are the exact same lights as these.
