Hello Everyone,Well to start things off, you can simply refer to me as J and I live mainly in the Inland Empire area of California.
I'm at the point in my life where building fast cars with functional yet ostentatious components are starting to be a hindrance when work is usually top priority (and some clients happen to judge you by what you drive). At the same time, I didn't want to settle for a bone-stock car with a cache of factory upgrades. After hitting a brick wall and not knowing what to do, I went on a vacation to Kyoto and Kobe in Japan. That's when I got deeply-immersed in the VIP scene, and have been reading up on VIPCAR and GenroQ magazines ever since.
But for now, my project car is a '92 300zx 2+2.
My plans for it include a fully redone black leather interior+white stitching, garson interior accessories (debating between the crown line and the vega line), diamond-cut wheels (brandnames too long to list, i'm going to photochop diff options later to see what will look best), AirRunner kit, Insurance Godfather widebody, and either Insurance or Artisan exhaust tips.
The goal for the car is to make the whole car seem tastefully-updated and freshened-up so that it can line up with newer AMGs and hopefully look as good as the Lamborghini LP560-4 interior.
I don't have any GOOD pics yet as it has oxidation on the clearcoat and is missing a front bumper. I'm currently prepping the car for paint while my friends are helping me rebuild the engine and trans.
...thanks for reading my somewhat-overkilled essay of an intro.
cheers!
