Hey fellas,I Recently I took over my brothers Mortgage and I would love to see if I can get a roommate for the house
I live in Norcal (Suisun City)
Super safe neighborhood. Gated front yard.
I have a fully furnished house. all new appliances aswell.
New Huge fridge,
New Huge Deep Freezer
Washer and Dryer, less than a year old.
New Microwave
New ricecooker
New dishwasher
New Stove
Bright lights installed on side and garage area
Extended driveway
New bamboo kitchen flooring.
Fresh paint through out the house and ceilings.
shampooed carpets. with clear protected mat still on the floor.
I am asking 900.00 a month for the room and fully furnished house. Can make room for a garage space too.but Ideally drive way parking. the house has upgrades like the 10k put in the back yard, and side of the house.
I am a super clean person but if you know anyone that would be interested please send them my way.
The house is Not under a re-modification, So not having someone pay and the house is not going under.
This would be perfect if you are in an apt and want to have more room. and a garage to work on a car.
