VIP styled Is.

Hi to all of you vsc members. Got a thread already on the vip101 side but now after my Is has grown a little more to the vip scene thought to make also a decent thread of it on here too.

The car is Lexus Is200 '99 which I got in stock a year ago. Here is a little mod list.

-Work Euroline DH 8.5x18" & 10x18" both +38
-Toyo Proxes T1R 205/35 & 225/35r18
-D2 coilovers
-TTE front lip
-Altezza window visors & grille
-Black painted roof
-Window tint all around
-Black painted front- & foglights
-Dietrich red/clear ledtails
-JDM smoke side markers
-6000k xenon
-Usa style parks
-Junction Produce kituna & fusa
-Custom made curtains & floormats
-Pioneer Deh7100Bt

Now ive got in progress a vip side table for the front. Im making it from gloss black laminate w/ some metal details that im painting dark grey same way as the other interior parts on Is. Also planning some table for the after got this front one done. At last week also got some boot lip that needs little mods to sit the way i want it to. For now on thats all ive have in mind. Youre not the first one to say that. It does look a little bit of a toy car in some garage pics, lol. And yes it was featured in stancenation few weeks back.

Thanks guys for your such a positive feedback. Know that any Is cant even be compared to those insane gs's, g45's, presidents and other "real" vip cars that you guys have here. Still you understand what im up to w/ this vip inspired Is and thats something that has a huge value for me.

Well im also now trying to sell this Is to get my hands on a '03 Gs. So guys keep your fingers crossed. Almost already bought some kranze wheels for the Gs cos those were w/ some insane specs and for really cheap, lol.

Though yours is more like VIP-style than real VIP. :P

Don't really like that generation Is' but with a little bit of VIP-styling it obviously can be cool.

Haha, so true that we dont got too much vip scene going on in finland. And youre right about mine that its not a real vip car more vip-style like my thread title says. Well still its gonna turn into vip scene more and more w/ those little touches we planned for it. New set of wheels is one but have to sell these ones first. If you got someone who might be intrested in just pm me. :D New wheels would be wider and with some low et. And btw u got any thread of your car late?

The thing is that I don't have my own car yet. :D I was lusting for the President on nettiauto but it's been sold. Though I couldn't have afforded it right now.

Figured to update you guys on the v.s.c. too since theres been a little progress with my Is after I last time posted here two years ago. Last year I finally changed those old Eurolines on a new set of same Work wheels with much better specs and im now rolling on a set of 18x9" +20 & 18x10" +15 Eurolines. Then did few changes on my chassis since I last year moved from coilovers to bags. I built a custom set and theres now a 5 gallon tank, 2 x viair 480c compressors and 4 x 2-way pneumatic valves in a place where spare tire used to be. Few months ago I changed my old autopilot digital controller for an Accuair E-level program. Now i can also cruise low and dont need to worry of my rideheight since i got some poke on my rear wheels.

Also got my hands on a pretty good deal of some DLS car audio parts. Its a very popular and highly valued scandinavian brand that im not sure you guys in the states be awared of? In any case this is what i got: Nordica 6.2, Nordica 10, 2 x RA20, 2 x Ultimate Silver rca, HQS speakercable & 1f condenser. And these all are the best that the DLS brand has to offer. Here is one pic that i used as an inspiration for my trunk setup.

 I'm not sure what you mean, but rear fender is between the wheel and tire..  Shadows does tricks on those pics.
