Air Controller Questions: Would JDM units work with US setups?

Would a JDM AS Controller like this one:

work on setups like the ones offered by UAS and AirRunner?

These controllers only work with factory installed air suspensions.

boo hoo hoo (/n \)  There is a space in my dash (currently housing an HKS turbo timer) where one for those would fit perfectly! Oh well...
