18x13 & 18x12 Need Help

Does anyone know how to measure how far out an 18x13 with a +4 offset will stick out, and an 18x12 with a +2 offset will stick out from the fender well. I have a 1993 Lexus SC300. I found a good deal on a set. I am planning on getting BN Sports Blister Fender, but I dont know if they will be enough.

With wheels that wide, you usually want them in a negative offset, as a positive offset at those widths might actually lead to interference problems against the inside (i.e. suspension components and/or inner wheelwell)

13+4 will be 35mm closer to suspension than stock wheel and stick out 117mm further.
12+2 will be 22mm closer to suspension than stock wheel and stick out 106mm further.

You're going to need spacers to clear suspension components and then you're going to be dealing with the outside protruding even farther... 

Would a 25mm spacer work on for it. And the fronts are +4 also.
