New to forums living near Charlotte, NC
Just introducing myself to the Vipstylecars forums. I have a 2005 Nissan Altima. I know it's not a VIP Platform, but would like to maybe turn it into a Vipstyle, if possible..here is my set-up right now on factory suspension. Looking forward to the help and knowledge.
20 x 9.5 40et MRR Hr3's with 225/35/20 Nexen N3000 Tires
Driver Side Rear (Top View)
Passenger Side Rear (Back View)
Passenger Side Rear (Angle View) Horrible Nissan Gap! *LOL*
Driver Side Front (Front View) More horrible Nissan Gap!!!!
Here are my rear clearances with a full tank of gas
Driver Side Rear (Less clearance expected because of location of gas tank, about a finger and less than a 1/4)
Passenger Side Rear (about a 2 fingers and less than a 1/4)

if you plan on dropping it any, you will need spacers because the wheel will camber and you will start tucking at the top.

There is actually an Altima with the same rims...this is would it would look like eventually dropped, but I would really like the fender between the lip and tire in the back instead of tucked as this one is...

You going to bag the Alt? The one in the pic looks clean , ever think about getting a Infiniti M or Q and VIP that?

i think the idea is to vipstyle out the altima...
but yea. if you go the route in the pic...and flush it instead of tuck it...should look fanfuckintastic!

No, I don't have any full pics of my altima right now. I really am not into taking pics of my car.>*LOL* The wheel fitment pics were just to show where I was at so I could get help on fitment.
I see you're located in NC? What part? Been trying to find a place that will roll fenders/suspension mods/installation on Saturdays..most places open only on weekdays.:( And where I'm located no reputable places.

Not going to put airbags, most likely coilovers. Paid my car off and the only infiniti I would get is the M45 2005 up. I like the older one styles from what I've seen, but unless I can get one with less miles than mines 86,000 and paying it out based on trading mine in..about 8,000 blue book..then...

Not going to put airbags, most likely coilovers. Paid my car off and the only infiniti I would get is the M45 2005 up. im in jacksonville...an hour north of wilmington. Enhanced Sport Compact is the shop that I rep, and do all my 240, and q work...we are just now trying to get into the rolling and stretching of tires...just need to buy the equipment...easier said than done...but, we do everything to help the peformance of the vehicle, except body work...and basic repair...if you schedule an apointment we can be there on saturday...sometimes even sunday...and camber arms fix the problem with lowering the car, but if you want the rim the way you do...you have to be on air...you wouldnt be able to drive like that...one bump and your done. lol.
