ive gone gangsta..

still got my president, so for a while ive been looking for one of my dream cars. and i found it... been watching it on craigslist for like 8 months. last month i jumped on it cuz the price was right, flew up to tacoma, wa, bought it, and booked it for shipping back to the 808 state... so here she is... 1966 lincoln continental sedan.. 462 big block, suicide doors, blah blah blah... plans are to address a few electrical problems, minor oil leak coming from the front of the block. then once all that is done, bag it and lay frame on 22x10 billet specialties, bodywork it and spray it straight black...

shes here now in hawaii. i gotta take some better photos.. probably gonna do some shots with my friend who also has a 66 lincoln.. the wheels im gonna put on it are 22x10 with a weak ass backspacing, so imma sent them out to that dude in san diego and have him cut the faces out, sink them lower and reweld them back for a lower backspacing and fatter lip... progress will be slow, just wanted to let you all know what im up to.. still got my presi, and progress is slow on that too...

i was close to picking up one of these when i was in vegas... but i wanted a rag top for the kennedy feeling haha. (knocks on wood) but yeah. good luck with the build, can't wait to see it.

Oooo that's one on my list too hahaha. But I wanted a 62 cause I think the 66is longer than  my  old 64 impala an that barely fit the garage. Congrats on the pickup

Didn't see any in my price range and by any major ports along the west coast.. And I don't really dig the drop tops.. They do look nice done up but it's not me...

Color is nice but does have it's flaws, small dings and dents here and there..  Gonna redo all the bodywork and spray it black. Nothing more gangsta than black... And polished 22's, resting on the soils... In time...

Not what I expected, but it really doesn't get much more gangsta than this.

Not a fan of drop tops either, just not into convertibles at all. What you got is sick and gonna be sicker.

I just seen a black one parked in the city yesterday and a SUV hit it hard getting out of the parking spot.  That put me in a bad mood
