triangle brand tire???

Just put a 235/35/19 on my 19x10 rear yesterday and got a flat today. Could it be the bead lock? I dont think the stretch is extreme but maybe these tires cant handle it.

Any feedback is appreciated..not sure that I want to try to remount if the same is gonna happen again.

i know BENZ uses triangle as a spare yes that is correct  .. but for stretching Nankang n s 2 works well for most of the guys here , personally i had them on my car , i did not like the way the rode so i went back to BFG KDW ..

Thanks kingpin...I was desperate at the time and found a shop that had only 1 235/35/19 that happened to be a Triangle brand tire. I have been through enough tires to say that I am sticking with Nitto NT555 only.

  nitto are ok .. if you relly want real good tire Toyo T1 R all day long , make sure you got $$ , but you get what you pay for the side walls are super hard on Toyo's

Why did you buy "Triangle" tires for your car?

anyways, check and see if there is a leak coming from the tire valve or the valve stem seal itself.

Never heard of "Triangle" tires. And I'm in the wheel/tire business...

Sorry to thread jack but I'm having the same problem, 245/35 General  tires on a 10.5 and the leak isn't coming from the valve stem but from the bead on the front side of the rim.  What could it be and what can I do to fix it?

my answer would be..

do a massive burn out and get rid of those tires and get atleast federal or nankangs. what is wrong with you guys and cheap ass tires? you gotta pay to play, I personally am not willing to risk my life on shitty tires for sakes of saving $100 or so on Tires.  I as a 240 driver would not even touch anything less then Federals...

but actual answer would be to try bead sealer.  take it back to who ever sold the tires to you and tell them to fix it.

This all goes back to you gotta pay to play with big boy toys.

I've had this set of  Generals for a few years now and they haven't given me any problems when they were mounted on my 9.5.  I had them unmounted then remounted on my 10.5 and thats when the problem started.

ah, there is your problem. once the tire's been stretched, it's deformed for good. you maybe out of luck with those tires. try that bead sealer I was talking about earlier, and if that doesn't work, no reason to work the tire to make it work when it obviously doesn't want to.  maybe the bead is messed up from being taken off and put back on.

Who knows?

Bumping this up and wondering if anyone has experience with these stretching these tires.

I would say that they suck...Buy Nexen, Nankang or Achilles for a cheap solutions.
