Help identifying Product

HI 

  I know I do not post much, and have searched a lot. 

  I am trying to work on my GS interior (two tone seats, Jag. rear tables)
  
  and the following which I need help to identify. 

The white mink scarf that goes around the neck pad... Who makes it, and where can it be purchased ?

Looks like you can find that at a chick store at the mall.
Im pretty sure its pretty cheap in price.

naw. Doesnt look like it. 
They look like those feather style scarf's you find at regular stores.
