why why why not hydraulics?
why don't put up hydrolics setup on VIP Car??
is it because of the ride quality?
they have accumulator to adjust the ride to go stiffer or softer to improve the ride quality?
with 1 battery and 1 pump like skipper setup you can put hydrolics setup on LS460

doesnt put up much space i think
i get this video to show hydrolics ride quality

is this to bouncy?
is it because you have to charge the battery every 2 weeks (if daily use)?
charging it while you sleep at night?
can i know your personal reason / personal opinion why don't you ride on hydrolics??
i never used either hydrolics or other lowering setup such as (Air suspension and Cup kits) but i used tein coilover before.
now i want to try either hydrolics or aisuspension haven't decided it yet,
if i go with air suspension i want to use BAGYARD Brand + AccuAir Management / Air runner i think.
if hydrolics i want to choose hydroholics.

It's a lack of education. If people were more properly educated on both air and hydraulic setups, they could make an intelligent decision for themselves. I personally run hydraulics and love it. I couldn't be happier :biggthumpup:

OCKLasse started an official thread in regards to Hydropneumatic Suspensions. Great read!

I do agree with OCKLasse tho, it is a lack of education. Hopefully people will find that thread he started to begin their "education" on the ways of the "juice"
(hope the juice term is ok to use?) =)

Yeah, I'll let Aaron answer what you're asking in particular. He is a very accommodating guy, so I'm sure he could help you out in any way needed

like any other mod done to any other build, its personal preference! just from personal experience i would never put juice and luxury together, but my background in it required alot more than just 1 battery, 1 pump to accomplish the task at hand!
although i must admit 4 chrome/ engraved pumps with Junction Produce backplates and hardlines would be HARD!

oke so it's just personal preference not ride quality not the weight and not the maintenance.

Personally for me, it's the lack of knoweldge I don't have in a Hydro setup for if something was to go wrong and everything that goes into the setup. I also don't like the tranformer sound when it rises. Personally I don't want my Q making thoughs noises. And because my car is kitted I need it to have a smoother lower and raise height.
I've seen OCKlasse set up in person numorus times and his setup on knowledge is on point! He definitly will make you a believer that it's all possible. This last time I checked out his set up, I did a stiffness test where he let me push the car down to see how stiff it is and there was little to no movement.
And as far as that vid LOL!!!!!!!:smiley-rofl::pat:
Yea, that's bad! We want little to no travel (Stiff as possible)

lol, dampening can be adjusted via accumulators, i.e. you can make it stiff as possible, or very absorbent. i think that video was put up to show that hydraulics doesn't have to be an uncomfortable bumpy ride.

correct.
I showed Oscar that at a very low driving setting, the car is very stiff (not enough pressure for the accumulator to work fully). From 2" drop to stock height, it will drive amazingly smooth, and then gets firmer again higher than that.

There is a reason some of the most luxurious automobiles use hydropneumatic (and air for that matter) suspensions. They ride amazingly smooth :biggthumpup: Take a ride in a car with accumulators and be a believer :eek5wiggle:
hydraulics = lowrider
hydropneumatic = luxury :giggity:

Personally I think the hydro idea is cool for VIP cars, expecially since I would think you can run wider wheels/more camber more easily because a hydryaulic cylinder is going to take up less room behind the wheel than a strut/spring assembly. Its likely never going to be a huge trend because people associate it with lowriders and that is a very different style than what we try to with our VIP cars. Also I think that a lot of people who know of hydraulics think of them as more unreliable than an air set up. I know that personally, almost everytime I have seen a car running hydros that has been playing with their suspension too much seems to pop a cylinder out or blow a line or damage something in some way. Nobody wants that from their luxury car.
On a side note, I quite like that 460 above, especially since it is running the same rims as my 430 haha.

For what it's worth, I've personally never had any of the issues mentioned above.
If the install is done correctly, and the system is not abused, then it should be worry-free.

^^^Fair enough. I am sure that build quality has a lot to do with reliability (just like anything else) but there arent a lot of quality built lowriders up here in Canada, at least not that I have seen.

Again..we're not talking about using "hydraulics" persay. There's a big difference in the set ups...
