need help or someone to install UAS

I dont know how to do it, and i kind of want to do this myself but dont have the tools or knowledge too.  

IF you are local in houston Please PM. i already got quotes for 700 and 1250.. i rather save that for other mods. so if anyone in town knows how to install this please hit me up. id like to do this starting next weekend or the weekend after.
