New Here.....E38 Inside :)

Hey guys, I am new here to the site, and this is the next project car I picked up a few weeks ago.

I'm new to the Euro/VIP scene as well, but I have had my eye on it for a little bit, and finally pulled the trigger on an E46 and now this E38.

Kinda trying to be a little different than everything else I have seen around, since I don't see many E38 done up around here...if any.

It is still a work in progress so be easy on me! Getting the stance right is next on the list.

Hope you enjoy!

Welcome. Nice platform. Good to see someone trying something somewhat different.
What size are those wheels?

Too big..at least to me they are since I prefer to go as low as possible. I like these cars, but those wheels will hinder the build unless you plan for major radiusing.

Clean ride, would love to see those lipps tucked into the fenders. Not an asanti fan, but those twin spoke remind me of the stock w211 sport wheels. If it were me though, I'd sell those wheels and get something a bit smaller in diameter and keep a healthy chunk of change for other modds, ie suspension, body work. I really like the way you cleaned up the front end with the black kidney grilles. E38 is a beaut, car has lots of potential. Welcome to the forum and enjoy your stay. Make sure to check out the euro section if you haven't all ready.

Thanks, the wheels are big but I like EM :)

Once I get the suspension right, it'll look a lot better, but I can always consider a smaller wheel if I am not happy with the stance at that time.

Nice Whip! +1 on a smaller wheel but other than that still pretty dope! Most of the VIP cats here in Vegas are going to meet up at Fukuburger on Durango and Flamingo this wednesday around 8pm. You should roll thru. Check the vegas thread also for more meets. Hope to see you around!

Nice looking ride! +1 on going a little smaller on the rims tho! I use to have dubs on my ride and I loved it until I put on smaller ones! After that I was looking at the whole car and not just the rims anymore. Haha, and I was much much lower but still got a long way to go! Waiting for my coilovers so I can put my bags on them! Welcome and enjoy the forums!
