Not too thin. I have a similar stretch with a 235/30 on a 10.5 drivin sh*tty street daily.

all good tho, thats where my fam lives.  Nice thing about having an event in SD, I get to stay at the parents place and take their garage over.

Staying at a house in chula vista is 100% different than staying in a hotel in chula vista. I've got homies who live in chula vista and some of those pads are BALLLLLLLIN!!!!!!!!

Oscar I agree... even if 50% of the people show its gonna be chaos. We got there fairly early last year and we stay in Vegas too so its possible as long you leave in time.

To add, seems like 80% of the Vegas fellas rolling down are Q's. That would be a sweet site to see 5 or more q's all rolling to SD on the 15 to this meet.

Even though there is this many people do you guys think that everyone will come?   

I dont think that everyone on the list has cars to show and just want to go to see the cars and come hang out and meet people.  We do have enough space to have for all the cars.  Not everything is going to fit in the parking lot but there is more then 200 spaces total to park.  But in all honesty is there really that many VIP cars that will show up?  I know there is alot of people out there but alot of them will probably park far because they think their cars arnt good enough.  So I dont think there is anything to worry about.

I'm thinking of visitin up my chocolate pie up in SD and crashing the night so I can get a good spot, haha. But who knows, may not have the funds for a room....I def want a good spot this year, not next to some work truck.

alrite ive been wanting to go to this for a while now.  I am planning on driving down from Seattle to SEMA, then SEMA to the meet.  I am crossing my fingers that my car will still be in good condition by the time it gets there.  look forward to meeting some of you guys finally.  if there is a LV cruise to the meet let me know and i will try to meet up.

This for me is the biggest hype and the stance of the nation meet coming up.

Word? Planning to meet up w/ James & Lisa for dinner Sat, let me know if you want to join us. Not sure where, but we're actually staying at the Lafayette Hotel, and the Red Foxx steakhouse is in the hotel and from the reviews on Yelp, it's pretty much 4 or 5 stars every time, and not that expensive. 

But I'm definitely open to suggestions since like I said, I don't know the area at all.

All cars wishing to park in the reserved feature car areas please contact us at the shop at 858-635-6620 by Tues, November 2nd.  If you are calling for a team/group please state how many cars you will have so we can reserve the spots accordingly.  Please keep in mind all spots will be given out on a first come first served basis since space is limited.

If you are a feature car staging will begin at 10:00AM in the green lot shown in the pic above and you will be directed by a staff member on where to park.  Please don't block any driveways or any oncoming traffic so please follow the arrows so we can prevent any possible overflow. 

All other surrounding areas are open game unless specified as private property.  Most surrounding businesses will be closed this day but in the event that they are open please show respect by not parking in front of their property.

Had such a blast yesterday and met so many people, yet still missed out on meetin some, and wished i talked longer to others. The Fest has gotta be more than just a day next time hahaha

Huge event. Definitely good times with the AF family. Worth the last minute airfare to make it out. Thank you Freddie/Elroy and the staff for a wonderful event. Thank you for the raffle goodies hahaha. Also to all those who made it out from Hawaii, Arizona, Seattle, Canada, and all over. And I would specifically would like to thank Anthony (antbo) and John (VIPStyleCars); without these two, I wouldn't have made it.

It was great to meet all of you.

I'm really glad I made it down for this. Since I got out from the east coast i've been to several events including sema and this one was at the top for good times had. I wish I hadn't been lazy and swung through pismo to have gotten the car just to have had a car on mass plates there but it wasn't ready.

This was my first time going and loved it! My wife gave me the free pass and the green light to build the car. just gotta sell the lint in my pockets :pat: put me on the list for next year lol :biggthumpup: I heard this year had a bigger turn out too.

OOO!!! What car are you building??

First time back on the site since sema and the west coast hit me. 
As mentioned in the CL post , it was an amazing event with full props to the organizers including Freddie for the hook up .
BTW I won the "its JDM YO ! " hello kitty titty plate.
I could have finally built my wheels for the cost of this trip but it  was well worth seeing cars done proper and not the half assed stuff  people try to pass off as class .
Great to meet everyone else and put faces to Screen names and laugh  about online theatrics of forums as in real life people usually are just  not as dumb and annoying as the posts they write.
What a week and this ended it with a bang even with the 8 hours from vegas to san deigo and back to vegas.
